Here is me in my last show i did in May of 04 @ 175 this is when i got 2nd in Novice and 2nd in short open..sorry its so blurry but the good pics are too big to post

Yeah i am already dieting and upped the training a couple notches...I plan on makin this my year to do some damage

yeah thats a pretty good improvement....you diet down well i suppose. Your shoulders and traps look alot bigger in the second picture. Good luck bro and keep the pictures coming

Looking really tight bro... just curious abour your tattoos... my state chapter of the NPC makes a big deal about not liking them. Just curious if you have had issues from them being so visible during competition.

well i guess i have had some issues but i got them be4 i started competing so...Oh well i will just have to be that much better than the competition....(not to sound arrogant but thats the only way to win)
