Congrats!! I would suggest this- if you are at the top of your weight class consider your decision to add more mass. If you are not work and define what you have within the weight class. It is very difficult to get noticed when you are at the bottom of the weight class....

heh all thanks, i am 5`7.5 and weighed in at 186.9lbs!! next show i would like to be 195 but i think that`ll be some time off. i want quality muscle and over all balance, taking time to get those things still young at just turning 25. thanks again!!
