IGF and ALA

I am wondering about something. We are all well aware that ALA increases insulin sensitivity. Taking that into consideration, would taking ALA make IGF more potent?

That's what I've heard, but have yet to try it myself to find out for sure.

Interseting theory it would certainly be a lot safer than taking slin with your IGF which is just too scary for me now
