The Original Mass Omelet

1 lb Laura's Lean Ground Beef
1 Dozen Egg Whites
1 Egg Yolk
4 scoops vanilla protein powder
6 ounces of fat-free cheese

Step One:
Brown the gound beef and drain fat.

Step Two:
Mix the remaining ingrediants with the ground beef and cook like an omelet.

This is delicious and very high in protein.

When you heat the whey dosen't it take away the protein?

Ok, a whole pound of beef, then a dozen egg whites. That has to be some where around 75-100 grams of protein right there, are you sure you really need the 4 scoops of whey? I dont think you can absorb that much protein at one sitting

You can spread it out for 2 or 3 meals, it doesn't have to be consumed all at once.  The whey only gets cooked for 4-5 minutes, so the protein it contains doesn't get diminished.

I've nver heard of COOKING AWAY the protein...I always thought that food is food and u can't cook away anything. If it started with 20 g's of protein it should probably stay that way right? Anyone have medical evidence on this?

ok i am going to try it but want to know what is the overall servings, how many people will it feed and do you have the amount per serving or for the whole thing
like protien, carbs, fat and total calories

and to add some flavor you could use honey or cinimon maybe a little brown sugar

bro just eat what you can, and finish the rest an hour later. It is virtually carb free.

I've found that natural peanut butter is a great additive to this recipe. Also minced sweet potatos and oatmeal for carb support.

I'm with you, bro... in fact, I might make this sometime this week, to eat throughout the day.

Does the protein powder actually make this taste good? cause mixing that in with eggs doesnt sound the greatest...
