I found this recipe in Muscle & Fitness.  This maybe be something to help satisfy your sweet tooth.  I have not yet tried it but will soon.

1/2 Cup rice uncooked
4 cups low-fat milk
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 sugar
1/2 salt
1/2 cup raisins
Lite whipped topping(if desired)
Butter-flavored nonstick cooking spray

Combine rice and remaining ingredients in large bowl, then pour into a 2-quart baking dish sprayed with butter-flavored nonstick cooking spray.  Bake at 300F for 2 hours or until rice is tender, stirring several times during the first hr.  Tope with lite whipped topping if desired and sprinkle with cinnamon.  Makes 6 servings.
