AT age 50yrs old is it possible to gain more muscle. A15lb gain would be great, but is it possible.

I have and I had lots of clients your age and over.
Last year I had one 63 year old guy that had to quit montain ciclin becouse his prostate was getting bad and his doc said no more bike so he came to me very depressed, you know he feels good and young riding bike and he was very good, so I ask him to come to my office and I started talking to him and setting new fitness goals so I promess him he will look his best in 6 months and getting a new life style, he also likes to date lots of girls.
In 6 months he gained 20 pounds of lean weight and his body fat went down from 24% to 10% using all the best products, gear,igf and gh.
I tell every of my clients that everybody at any age has muscle, it is just matter of have the knowledge or the guidance to stimulate muscle growth or tone up and lose fat, from a little kid to an 80 year old women everybody with a fitness goal is a bodybuilder and I treat the like one at their own capacity and level.

If someone can please give me some guidance. My mission is not to lose pounds but to lose body fat. I am currently doing 30 minutes of running 4 times a week and also do weight lifting high reps low weights. How am I to really decrease the body fat?
