What works for everyone when gaining mass.  I want to try some diffrent things.  Here are mine.

Traps - Barbell Shrugs
Shoulders - Dumbell Press
Chest - Dumbell Incline
Triceps - Weighted Dips
Biceps - Straight bar curls
Abs - Weighted rope crunches
Quads - Squats
Hams - Dont know the name (barbell bendovers)
Calves - Donkey Calfs (but it does not matter because I  have no fucking calves.)
