Hi my friends, here you have some pictures 6 days before the Sacramento Pro Show next November the 7th.
I still holding a layer of water that might go away when my carbohidrates start kicking in from wenesday to saturday and get the hard rock look anad thighter lower back and glutes.
Thanks for your support, and thanks a lot to my trainer and coach Daniel Cerrini who is doing a great job. Also thanks to my wife and coach No 1 Gaby.... baby i couldnt make it without you. Love you so much!!!

It is the lightest i have ever been since like 2001 and the bigger and improved totally depleted going down from 100 gr of carbs to 20 gr of carbs in five days (100-80-60-40-20) 222 POUNDS!!!! i am starting carb up tomorrow from 100 on monday to 400 or 500 on friday., hoping everything comes together tighting up my glutes and lower back when the carbs sucks that layer of water since my skin measures in both places 5 mm means it is only water.
Waiting for that miracle since 2002 when was the last time i came tight overall with out weak points or any water retention at all!!!!

Sorry i dint post pictures before but besides i have a lot of work i have been very foocus and feeling like crap with the diet, very tired even to take some nice pictures.

this is the tightest you'll looked in a long time...Very good conditioning...get those glutes in and your ready to rock the stage....good improvements

Heinz ...Your wife is smoking Hot also, does she or has she ever competed, I remember seeing her at the MC MuscleCamp in New York and she looked in good shape, you prolly caught me staring at her a few times,lmao, what can I say i look at pretty women , plus it was better then looking at your big ugly ass! lol
