The dude on our left of DB (navy blue trunks) took first. I think DB had better color for sure, and had much better separation. If anything, the other guy had a bit better conditioning in his glutes/hams and thicker lower lats. I would have gave it to DB.

2 more weeks of dieting and brutal cardio he should dial it in nicely for the nats

just wanted to say you look so much better now than last year at the nationals. Did you change up anything off-season wise? Or jsut dieted down better?

beside starting out about 15 pounds lighter, one of the biggest factors is i used as much HG meds as possible.

I agree i think you had him beat as well. Couple minor things he got you on but overall package you had him by quite a bit to me. You should do great in the nats bro.

I think by HG he meant human grade. Higher quality then Vet and UG labs.
