On Friday I ran out of the creatine I was using AST, but in a pinch I picked up a container of Cell-Tech. By Monday morning I was up 8 lbs. I know it is water weight, but why, if I was already taking a creatine supplement, would the cell tech cause this much more water retention? Is there something weird with their particular formulation? I noticed a similar gain when I started with the AST but not that quick or much.
