I just started drinking a shitload of milk, just over a half gallon a day. It has never affected my like this, but the lactose could be getting to me. I also just incorporated mass nuts into my diet. I went to Sam's and bought 5 lb bags of peanuts, cashews, and pistachios. Maybe the extra oil in the nuts is liquefying my shit for some reason. I swear I feel like a squirrel or a chipmunk over here. Anyways, just wanted to make sure that the d's aren't the source.
