Really trying to "rebound" post contest and put on a good bit of mass in the first month...thus far up 20lbs two weeks later (obviously glyogen, water, etc) but not retaining lots of water as I am still running letrozole and keeping diet clean...getting in lots of cals...my metabolism is super fast....today was a bit more cals than normal...what's ur day like?

1- 12 peices turkey bacon, 1 cup oats, 1.5 tbsp natty pb
700 cals

2- 2 Zero impact pumpkin bars
900 cals

3- 1lb lean ground turkey, 2 cups jasmine rice, light ranch, 2 cups fruit, 1/2 bowl cool whip
1400 cals

4- 1lb lean ground turkey, 2 cups jasmine rice, 2 cups fruit, half bowl cool whip
1400 cals

Big 100 protein bar
440 cals

5-50g casein shake, 2 cups fruit, 4 wrap breads, 1 protein bar

7240 cals....I normally get in the same meals...minus the protein bars so about 5k or so...today was extra high...still staying very lean
 
Anymore I'm lucky to get 3 solid meals in. I've been working so much that my appetite isn't there so at this moment I'm eating breakfast (5 egg whites and 2 whole eggs), a snack such as beef jerky or low fat popcorn, then 8-10 ozs of tuna and whatever the old lady makes for dinner. I've really gotten off track since my injury, but in the next couple of weeks I'm going to really try to get back to the old ways
 
1. 5 whole eggs 5 egg whites, bagel and cream cheese, 2 Tablespoons natural PB
2. Turkey sandwich on whole wheat - 7 oz of turkey
3. Dymatize Elite bar and. 2 scoops Syntha 6
4. 6 hard boiled eggs, 3 cups brown rice
5. 1 Big Mac, 1 grilled chicken sandwich, 1 large fries
6. 2 chicken breasts, 2 cups of brown rice
7. Chipotle chicken and beef burrito
8. 2 scoops Syntha 6
In the middle of the night I had 1 cup of fat free cottage cheese and 1 cup of 2% Vanilla greek yogurt.
This is a work day so I'm up for 15 hours or so
 
1. drink 13 egg whites, drink 1.5 cups oats, 9 grams aminos
2. 10oz sirloin 1cup or so rice
3. 2 scoops whey, 1 cup oats

6. 1 tub cottage cheese with two peach yogurts

8. (middle of night)3 boiled eggs, snack bag of cheetos, couple snack size butterfingers, glass of milk
