Sadly, during the week I have to get up so early for work that I wait until the last minute to get up and don't have time to make anything good for breakfast so I just drink a shake. On the weekend, I make up for it.

Two thick, fluffy pancakes, butter, maple syrup. 3-egg turkey and cheese (american/mozzarella) omelet. 6 pieces center cut pork bacon. Fresh apple juice. Effin' delicious!!

You always have the yummiest looking food!

I made 93% lean ground beef with green peppers when I woke up at 11:45am, so it was breakfast/lunch/pre-workout meal. Next will be 5 humapro after my workout and then probably some more ground beef and green peppers when I get home. It's simple, but it gets the job done... I have to really be in the mood to go balls to the wall cooking.

Im not usualy a Pancake guy but Damn that breakfast looks mighty damn delicious!
