Nice pic. Are you sure we aren't long lost brothers. You are the same build/height. You ride a big hog like me and you even have a ford f150 like me.

Never been to Virginia though.

Here's a couple new photos -- Totally unpumped and fat as shit!-- I had not worked out for 10 days (break) and quit smoking 3 mos. ago so my metabolism is pretty f'd up still... Diet's been off and on, really just trying to cut a bit right now.

check out how cut my forearms are --- don't get that at all...... You can't see in the photos, but I actually have cross striations in them.

Rico's right on bro, I am the cardio anti-christ ! I don't do it and don't believe that anyone really needs to when dialing in your diet produces better results for the majority of us.

I suppose if I was doing a short term contest prep I might jump on the hampter wheel for a couple weeks, but only out of shear desperation!
