21's for legs

I know most people do 21's for arms, so toward the end of my leg day I did 21's for my hams. I mean your hams curl like a bicep anyway so why not. All I can say is I having a hard time walking and bending over and I like it. My try it with the leg press or squats next week.

i think i have done 21's pretty much with every body part possible over the course of my training years its a good change sometimes to realy blast the muscles full of blood

although they werent always 21's sometimes i did 9's sometimes 12's , 15's ect but always the same premise of lower half, upper half, and full ranges
 
I try to do alot of shock tech. stuff as much as possiable...it really seems to ignite some grow
