Say you are able to sleep in untill 10, 11, or even noon easy, but yet you are not eating, but can still sleep. Sleep = recovery, but you gotta eat also. So do you interupt your sleep to eat? Or make up for it when your awake?
i've asked this question before and Mutant responded that offseason sleep in but add the calories missed to your other meals...if precontest...get your lazy ass up, eat, then go back to sleep
As someone who's done both, if you can go right back to sleep and get more quality sleep then do that. Now I'll only eat if that's keeping me awake. There were times when I would wake 2 or 3 times a night and have to eat and I can't tell you where the extra calories went as I weigh more and I'm stronger now that I can get more uninterrupted quality sleep.
i very rarely sleep in that much.... but lets say i did have a long night and get to bed at 3pm, i WILL wakae up at 730am and eat breakfast and go back to sleep afterwards
