Good question, im not sure how nuk nuk is going to do it but im looking to lose 30lbs and do it fast as possible, i would like to lose about 10-15lbs per month so in 2-3 months time I am where I want to be!
And im going to go into emergency mode as if i had a show in 2 months ,lol
Its one thing to say it and another to do it, so we'll see I suppose. Not looking forward to this either
I go strictly to a diet and eat what I will be eating through out the diet. I just eat more. Every meal is planned and on paper and I just go by that. As of now, I am eating 600grams of carbs, and 450 grams of protein. All is in diet food. Cardio starts at 4 days a week.
