How much of a difference does insulin make during a cycle. I'm starting to get interested in but I've got alot to learn about it before I can try it.

If you use it with IGF or HGH/IGF, it can make a huge difference if done correctly.

i cant say a number in pounds, but igf and slin always keeps me 'full'. like a constant mild pump.
i agree it works if used correctly.

huge effect if done properly...meaning right amount and nutrients used...you can really get a huge pump compared to normal. Has a lot to do with nutrient timing. Lot of articles about it and im sure some competitors or prep guys can definitely help you on it
