Everytime I start gaining some weight back, and love going to the gym for a couple of months in a row, just wanting to go , cant wait to lift, I will come up to a road block in my bodys attitude, where I have to drag myself to the gym, and not mentally be there when I am lifting. For instance today my mp3 player shut off and I prolly didnt realize it for about 10 minutes.... Same follows with eating weeks and weeks of 6 meals a day and still always being hungry then 1 day I will just not want to eat but 3 meals a day, and the 1st one is forced.
