shoulder circuit workout

Ok so i worked out with the manager of the gym today, kind of weird workout but i followed him thru his circuit style workout, I didnt get any heavy wait up or feel a pump everything was just burning and didnt want to work at the end, so i finished up with shrugs while he did the circuit a last time... mehhh.:bench:

wouldnt do them often if your looking to put on size.

yeah man def, I have a really good shoulder routine already, I think I know more than that guy does as far as workouts go
