I really need more protein and calories. But im maxed out when it comes to shoving food down.

Im going to try to buy a scale and food processor today. Im hoping that if i mince my chicken breast, I can get more down.
 
I have this problem alot. As I get older, I cant eat as much. But your metabolism slows with age so its not a bad trade off.

When I just cant eat my diet food cause Im sick of it, I will eat whatever I can. Even if its junk food.
 
great! another thing that sucks about getting old. So i tried it out. A pound of chicken breast still takes up a whole plate, even when minced. Lol!!

Yea, it doesn't make much difference how you chop it, dice it, mince it or whatever, it's still the same unfortunately. I tried doing that a few years ago. I just had to gorge myself to the point where I'd almost throw up from looking at the food. Eventually I just cut back and said the hell with it, but I'll have to start eating a lot more soon so I might be in the same boat as you again. I know it isn't the same, but I drank a lot more shakes throughout the week to kinda make up for what I was losing

That's very true. I also do the same thing.
 
I've basically added 700 cals to my diet. first 2 days was fine, last night i felt like i had to shit all night, woke up hungry, but now full. Its going to be a ruff week.
