man oh man, getting out of chairs or my car right now sucks. His motto is do alot more on what gets the best results(also he says high weight high reps). I usually spread everything out evenly, but as u can see if you look at his youtube vids squats and esp deads are major for him. I did back with him a few months ago and from than I have continued with the deads, as I never did them in the past for fear of lower back issues that are a possibility from doing them.
