Well as some of you know I am clean and not on anything at all and been this way for 4 months now.

So I decided to try Insulin for the first time, as I am trying to have a baby with the wife and get my sperm count checked this Friday. So I didnt want to use any gear or anything that could hinder my sperm count, so I decided to try Insulin for the first time EVER!

So I am using Humalin r and at just 5 i.u. I had one of the best workouts I have had in a long time!

I ate my usual 4 packs of oatmeal 45 minutes before training with my IGF. Then 30 minutes later ( 15 minutes prior to training) I took 5 i.u of Huma R. I chased that down with a Carbo Force mixed with Creatine and N.O powder then hit the weights.

During the workout I sipped on a Mass Recovery(half carb/protien) drink finishing it by end of workout.

After workout I drank a zero carb protien drink!

Now during the workout I sweat like a fucking pig like never before, and i am a sweating mother fucker to begin with but this was nuts.

Most notibly was my stretgh was up and my pump was absolutly insane considering im clean and not on any steroids at all as stated above, the pump was almost as good as a mid cycle pump, lol.

So I just thought i would throw this info out there for those of you wondering about this stuff.

Good deal, I've always been kinda nervous to try insulin as I know it can make or break you and I don't know enough about it to use it correctly at this point so I'm still a little timid...But i've seen people make huge gains from it and that's the appealing part

Good stuff and good to know, I just started insulin again and always use it for a post. So defintely going to try it for a preworkout.

I never pegged you as a quitter :-) I haven't done insulin in a long time and I don't think I did it correctly when I did.
This offseason I will likely go with a decent dose of AAS, GH, IGF, and insulin. Hopefully with some pointers from Chris I'll be a solid Super Heavyweight. I see alot of room for improvement now that I'm not a fat pig and can actually see what is dense muscle and what isn't. Keep us updated and I'd like to see how the rest of you are using it.

showtime why not run it everyday why only on those bodypart days?

Just trying some different methods, I feel it more on days that I work chest, legs, and back. I will go back to everyday in due time, then back up to 2 times a day every day.

Insulin is a main key to big boy status.

yeah a buddy of mine said that was the reason that he managed to put on the extra 20-30lbs...

I read an article...wish I could find it now (who it was written by) the author claimed that by using insulin a person could keep IGF active in their system alot longer

Yea bro, if you can find that, I'd like to read it

it's an article called Hardcore Bulking by Gavin Kane...the section entitled GH, IGF, and Slin protocol
