Got yelled at in the gym today...

I was doing rack pulls again and according to the gym owner I was raising too much hell. I don't exactly know what he meant by it, but he told me to try to keep the noise level down a little bit. I've known him for years and have went to this gym for over 12 years and I've never once heard him bitch about anyone making noise before. It kind of rubbed me the wrong way, but I know his mother is dying and he's under a lot of stress so I just kind of brushed it off as he's just having a bad day. I don't know if it was really me that was making too much noise or this other jerk off that was doing power cleans and just dropping the bar from about chest height and the owner just figured he'd asked me to keep it down too after he told the other idiot to knock it off.

I agree with Presser.. When someone is dealing with a love one dying alot of shit is in head !! And the littlest things can set you off bro !!!

The rack pulls weren't the problem, I'd guess. It was probably when you tried to hump your reflection in the mirror that he got upset.

Maybe it was the fact that I was so happy to get 545 that I got naked and did the helicopter that pissed him off....No seriously, I think it was more the other guy and he didn't want him getting pissy by not saying something to me. It could've been a racial thing since the other guy was black so he probably did it to cover his ass and keep business. Although I know with his mom in the shape she's in that he's been under a lot of stress as he's very family oriented (Italian). I know what it's like because my family is the same way as we're Italian too
