I would have to say mine is biceps.. I can't get them to grow for nothing.. I have been stuck with 18.5" arms for the past year and a half...
 
Mine are legs. I still have to adjust my workouts to not kill my knees and have a harder time getting a good pump.

Legs makes me the most nervous. I'm always kind of scared before a leg workout. It's hard to explain, but I get a huge sense of triumph after every leg workout.
 
I don't hate to train legs, just that they're the most difficult body part for me. They just don't want to grow for anything. I made some initial progress, but for some reason, they've shrunk back down somewhat, and I can't fathom why since I'm training and eating all the same as before.
 
Hate to confess but legs too .. I get so worked up about them starting 24 hours before leg day . All I can think about is training them . I wish it was in the way that I can't wait to drive them but it's more like "Fuck ! ..Leg day again ! " I won't skip them despite my feelings .I will push and I will feel awesome after they are done.. But it will be the same all over again on leg day .

I'm trying DC training now .. means this week .. 2 leg days ! Hoping this will kick my ass into liking them . I'm sure when these sticks finally start growing I will be encouraged more ..

Hoping to pick the brain of all the guys with great wheels here .. I want to know what you boys are doing .. Nuk NUk and Chris 250 .. I'm impressed big time with the legs . I want to GROW
