Ok so I tried another Strict Prison Press, aka a deep squat into a rear strict barbell press.. This is 315 pounds with Bumper Plates, or rubber plates that you can throw down without damaging the floor...I am only explaining this because alot of bodybuilders never have used nor know what these are...when I was a BB I had no clue what the hell a bumper plate was.
I missed it, I should have tried it fresh, and not at the very end of a squat workout, either way it was still damn close...
Fresh I should hit this for 2-3 easy...
I am working on a video of seated military presses with 315...Aiming for 10 right now I am at 6-7
Bodyweight is 197lbs here...
