WTF? how long has this been going on? if it lasts too much longer then yeah get checked out...
as for the pressure and eyes being blood shot yeah I guess that could be sinus problems-happens to me
as for the left eye leaking tears??? ya got me
as for the nose bleeds, normally I would say get a humidifier but living in FL like you do, I doubt that's the problem
when was the last time you checked your air filter???

I had the exact same symptoms two months ago. Sinus infection and a cold. If you feel OK to train (no weakness, skin hurting, dizziness) then it's viral and you just train through it. Otherwise it's allergies or bacterial and you need antibiotics unless it's just a cold and you have to let it runs it's course. You're fine. All the nasty's come to Fl and bring their nastiness with them. That's why the wife and I are trying to decide where we want to move.... out of state.

To all of you, I havent been training bc I figure since my immune system is down now the gym with all its skeevey shit wouldnt be a good place to spend time, plus I would be hacking up way more shit bc my lungs would be workin. But I feel like I could train so prolly is viral, I wish that bitch coworker could turn her head when she sneezes or coughs and I would be going thru this shit. I lost enough blood out of my nose yesterday to save someones life.

yeah something that i have really changed since I've gotten older is the fact that if I feel like shit, I don't go to the gym-reason is, why weaken my immunity system anymore than what it is???

Yeah man I been using that today is day 4, you shouldnt use it past 3 days but my nose bleeds are fucking out of control, and afrin is a vasoconstrictor so it really helps with that. Yesterday at lunch it took me just under 10 minutes to stop a nose bleed today it was about 3 minutes at work... crazyness
Its def not dry air lol but the inside of my nose is dry as hell, yesterday I used the saline spray, today at work it started bleeding for 3 mins so I went to the store and got the mist Afrin and its supposed to moisturize too,but nose is dry. I mowed the lawn today and when I was in shower I picked my nose to get all the dirt out bc im retarded and didnt think about the scab in it and BOOM bleed for the whole shower (about 8 minutes-ish) ...... fudge
damn that sounds nasty, i try not to pick my scabs, especialy the ones on my cock
ewe, I didnt mean to pick the scab but if you ever mowed grass you know dirt gets packed up in there so while im in the shower post mowing I always clean out my nose or my sinuses will kick my ass, but im dumb bc I should have been more careful
