Just letting you guys know, I thinking about doing a show in Novermber of this year. Its a NQ show, that RxMuscle.com is covering. It will be a pretty good show, lots of coverage, and overall it could help promote myself if I do well...anyway, just wanted to let you guys know what im thinking....

No the show is the Iowa Pro/Am (NPC) Battle of Champions in Davenport, Iowa...its only 1.5 hr away from me, and being covered by RxMuscle, is one of the main reason why im thinking of doing it. Plus, its one week away from Nationals.
 
Its also being covered by Flex magazine Chris. Dan Ray, Amir, Doug and Mark Mason from Bodybuilding .com.. . Sygo, Jantz will be there shooting too!! Should be awesome... Do it!!!!
 
here are some updated pics from over the weekend.

wt. is around 260lbs...was at 264lbs, but dropped some water weight/fat...looking a tad better, but flat. Chest isnt popping, and legs look flat, less sweep in them. Just cleaning up my diet, to see where im at. in about 2 weeks, ill updated them again at 12 weeks out, to see how im looking. im thinking i can be a ripped and dry at 230lbs...
 
You're in incredible shape at 260lbs!! And I can see that you aren't full. I really don't see 30lbs to lose, but if you can do so w/o sacrificing too much muscle you'll definately look incredible!
 
Man Chris your back has came a long way.. You look AWESOME but you always do !!!

well If I can come in bigger with conditioning, to win the show...than I will ofcourse. I would love to be around 240lbs, but I wont do it if Im not ripped....my goal is come in conditioned like Juan Morel...
