That is real. I've seen that guy on a bunch of Synthol distortion films. I saw a guy worse than that at the Southern States, but that guy is 100% real. Very sad

The guy I saw at the Southern States was way worse. His shoulders were super small and droopy and it looked like all the oil was sitting in the lowest part of the bicep right above the elbow. His lower legs were the same. His ankles had to have been 21". It was really bad. Really disgusting.
