Every day Im in the gym, I will atleast do one exercise of leg curls for 3 sets. Of course I will work them on a day to, just like any other bodypart.
 
I used to do this with my arms and now they are the best looking part of my physique, it should work for hams too
 
I've heard this as well. I do it with calves, but they are notorious for recovering quickly. Do you see results yet? Are they always recovered (not sore) when you train them?
 
just stay safe doing this......once you get your first ham injury, you have it for life (recurring)
 
I spoke to Don Long (for those that know who he is) years ago and he said he did pull ups for almost 2 years after every single workout to help catch his back up then he said he switched it to incline bench.

I was gona do this with hams as well, i just forget every time.
