OK every once in a while, and for the past 8 days, my hamstrings get so tight that my lower back hurts. I do the traditional stretches, like feet wider than shoulders than stretch to each foot and in the middle. I bring my knee up to chest, I put foot to ass behind me and stretch like that, I sit down with 1 leg out to the front and other knee bent to the side and stretch to foot, however its not helping.
Any ideas fellas? Greatly appreciated.
Also did hot bath and tried Icing it a couple time =(
