Elbow tucks for triceps

Anybody else do these for tri's? I started doing them for about 3 months now and love them. I was trying to find a video of them but couldnt. May have to make one my self so you can see what Im talking about.

Not sure . A video would help .I'm kinda dense .I operate better on the visual .Can't follow written instructions at all ..

I will get one done. There are two ways to do them. One way is with a cable and the other is with a barbell. I will video both.
