If you're looking to reduce fat, I'd apply it to where you wanna lose the fat, if you're wanting to add size in a specific muscle then I'd apply it to that muscle pre-workout

Nuk - do you say to use it in the begining due to the hyperplasia, then using the rest of the cycle to mature the new muscle cells? i kinda still dont beleive that igf really does grow new cells. i does work in rats buu Have they proved it in humans?
I would run the IGF all the way through the entire cycle! However if ur not going to run it that long, then I would opt to take it in the beginning of the cycle rather then at the end.
No, I don't run IGF 4 on 4 off. You'd be better off running it the whole way through or at least until you start the winny if you're looking for fat loss
