Drew Manning before & after

Yea, that's right. The "before & after" is reversed. IN this case, the before is to the left and the after, to the right, 70 pounds later.
Since May, Drew Manning has gained about 70 pounds on purpose. And he’s not done yet.
Drew is a personal trainer and has always been the “fit guy.” He’s now on a journey he calls Fit 2 Fat 2 Fit where he spends six months (he has about 4 weeks left) eating unhealthy food and not exercising, then he will take six more months to get fit again. Why? To experience for himself what it’s like to be overweight, how tough it is to lose weight, and ultimately show others how to get fit.
Most interesting of all? What he's doing to make himself fat.
sugary cereals, granola bars, juices, white breads, white pastas, sodas, crackers, chips, frozen dinners, mac n cheese, etc.
Sounds pretty much like the Standard American Diet (SAD). Looks pretty much like the Standard Supermarket Grocery Cart as well. I'll be interested to see how this plays out and how he eats to get lean again. He seems pretty sincere, judging from this video where he lays out his plan and explains why he's doing it.

I've always said I was going to do this, just to show everyone how easy it would really be to lose weight if you tried. But, there is no way I could get fat. If I quit the gym, I'd drop back down to 150 pounds.

Yea, imagine what 5 years would do...I read somewhere else that he said he can't go a day without a soda now so I'm sure that's going to be hard to break also, I'd assume he'll have to take caffeine tabs in order to avoid caffeine headaches

wow thats crazy...i admire his willingness to put his body through that. i would imagine that recovering his body back to where it was will be more difficult than anticipated
