ive been doin cardio mon tues wed and weight training thursday fri sat and sunday. . just trying something know while trying to gain some lean mass. gives my body a rest while still doin some low intensity cardio. . what type split you guys doing? :cardio:. . . .:bench:
 
my favorite split was always 2on, 1 off, 2 on , 2 off, which was always wednesday off and weekends off! I was always refueled and energized for Monday
 
Ive tried them all, but have to agree with Presser, 2 on 1 off 2 on 2 off, works best for me as it allows my shoulders to recuperate otherwise my shoulders bother me, I dont need another injury, Im old
 
As I get bigger and stronger I have to train less. My CNS and tendons can't keep up. I do 1 on 1 or 2 off. It's the only way I can train intensely each time for the most part. I still need to use the ultrasound and all the other things I use to prevent and rehab injuries.
 
I've been doing chest on Monday, quads on Tuesday, back on Wednesday, arms on Thursday, Shoulders on Friday and Hams on Saturday and I've loved it so far especially the split in legs. It allows me to crush them both equally
