I know most think of carbs as the enemy esp when leaning hard but what do you guys eat cabr wise on a regular basis. . such as clean bulk. . im trying to clean bulk now. . so around 50g carbs / 35 g protein limited fats but know gotta have those good fats. oatmeal, rice brown and white, potatoes white and sweet, grits for us southern boys lol, cream o wheat, wheat pasta, carbolyn carb shake, waxy maize shake, any other good quality cars you guys can think of as options, :weight:
 
well i eat oatmeal before every single workout, but i eat the flavored oatmeal,lol, so its not all that clean,lol. Then I drink a carbo force at the gym and mix it with an ephedrine drink, and boom! im ready to go
 
Do you get real shaky from the ephedrine drink??
Ive tried a Monster preworkout but im so shaky it almost makes me weak...

As far as clean carbs go i prefer rice from our rice cooker

no not at all, but then again i use to live on the stuff so it doesnt hit me hard like that anymore
 
I eat oatmeal all the time to get in the extra carbs. I've been doing what theBIGness posted, just using hot water from the faucet then I've been putting in milk and honey and drinking it. I can get in 2 cups of oatmeal pretty fast that way and it is just as effective as sitting there and eating the shit until I get tired of eating
 
i used to put my oatmeal in the blender and make it almost into a powder form and drink it with protein. . but still only can get it so fine. . still felt like drinkin sand LOL
