That isn't as crazy an idea as it first off sounds - I see your reasoning, exactly. Yes, if you used slin only post work-out in conjunction with only a specific muscle or group, that target area would recieve protein and glycogen in excess of that ever recieved elsewhere in your body. However, the target area will not fully recover then and there. Thus, there is probably little if any advantage in doing this. Also, no matter how specific your routine is, there is no way other areas of your body are not going to receive some of the hightened protein/glycogen delivery. Other parts of the body are still going to be in various states of recovery or need. I also would suggest site injections - my delts are literally like fucking bowling balls and I owe much of that to site injections.
