Fit Sarah. . you've worked hard and I know the diet sucked and the hours of cardio! I have saw big improvements and I know you will do great and be proud!!
Chris. . You look great as always! I know you and fit Sarah had tough times this year as we all read about and you have surpassed it all and you look awesome bro! You helped me a lot with diet thru my show and to change like I didnt think I could. I have tons of respect for you bro, . . you look lean and more full than I've seen in the past. DO WORK!!

Zeus. . I relate to you a lot bro! You have changed so much in 13 weeks asnd your first show! I did my first back in July and its crazy how fast we get addicted. . i dunno why we didnt sooner!! Soak it all in, youve already won either way steppin on stage!!!
