Hit the gym this afternoon for a great arm workout. There was one teen age dude there when I arrived, but he left pretty quickly and I had the place to myself for the rest of my workout. I love the holidays!
I went to anytime fitness down here in Georgia today and there was about 15 people there. go thing the place was big.. I just wish we had a gym like this back home..
