i know most of you guys probably do cardio first thing in a.m at this time and post workout, . . what is ur favorite things to do? elliiptical, treadmill, bike, stepper, stairs, etc. . :cardio:
 
I've been dong the Rocky thing, up at 3:45, coffee, some NO Explode and out the door at 4:30 for an hour 4.5 mile run outside. I need to burn belly fat for a contest next yr and I think this is the fastest, albeit hardest too, way to acheive that. Its a bitch too cause winters coming and its a bit nipply
 
Been seriously slacking on cardio .. how many minutes to keep my muscle and get a little lean .. Too much cardio and I shrink
