and i aint talking just sensitive, i mean like ig my 3 year old daughter pushes on them it fukn HURTS LOL. . so i gotta figure out if its. . test, dbol, or tren which adex wouldnt cure. so should i just go 1mg a day of adex and if a week or so doesnt subside it get some caberline or just do both???

would there be a benefit for 40mg of nolva/day for a couple weeks?

i have had the same problem for the past 2 months. anytime it gets bad i go three days with tamox 40mg it clears up continue using dex regularly. if issue comes up again do the same thing again.

yea dude, get taking care of asap man, i had that problem with getting gyno when i started out. nothing worse than feeling like a pre pubecent girl LOL. it sucks, nolvadex needs to be in your arsenal at all times bro, then switch to adex to completely eliminate all estrogen build up from happening. good luck with that bro.

This was the beginning of the end for me. I started to get the soreness, and kept it under control for awhile...but now even once I stopped using it flares up and hurts. (haven't ran a cycle for over 3 years now) I've even taken cycles of nolva/a-dex while on no aas. I've used anti-progesterones, etc. Nothing works. I'm actually afraid to cycle because I don't want it to get any worse than it is now.

Nolva will help you out if they're that bad, then you can monitor it from there, but I'd definitely not start a cycle without that on hand
