Think I'll start with deadlifts, followed by cable rows, then wide grip pulldowns on the Hammer Strength. What should I do next? Can I still do Hammer Strength one arm rows after doing cable rows or is that overkill?
I try to do bent over barbell rows on opposite workouts from deadlifts, so those will be next week.
