I'm pretty sure about diet strategy ever invented has been discussed here. Try searching "diet" first... be prepared for alot of reading. You can also search "keto", "high-protein" or "low-carb" or "pre-contest diet" or some combinations like that too. After trying that, you might post again with some specific questions about specific diets for additional input from those who've used them here.
