Put BBQ sauce in the can and mix it.  Sometimes helps stomach it...but i'm to the point now where I just pick up a big forkfull and put it in my mouth and then take a huge gulp of water and swallow...i don't even chew it.  I gag a lot but it's quicker and i don't have to taste the nasty crap

one or two cans of tuna, an egg white, season to your liking, add some pancake mix about 1/4 to 1/2 cup and mix all together in a bowl. take mixture and make patties out of it and sear them in a pan. kinda like a burger except it's tuna.
