this is some good and healthy stuff.

1/2-1 cup quick cooking oatmeal
1-2 scoops any flavor protein powder
 1 cup skim milk or h2o(whichever you prefer)
 1 pkt. equal

put all ingredients in a bowl or blender and mix till all is mixed well.
pour ingredients into a microwave safe bowl and cook for 1 min to 1 min 10 sec.

breakdown:
cal:410 (if using skim and 2 scoops designer protein mix)
protein:48 grams
carbs:30-36 grams
fat:4.5 grams

the taste is great.

p.s dont use the natural designer flavor....

try throwing in some granloa in there. thats the way i seem to choke it down day after day...

or skip the sugar from the oatmeal and use more equal =]
