You never tasted pancakes like these!

a little different than the traditional oatmeal pancakes...  I am thinking of getting a patent on this one!

1 c. BABYFOOD oatmeal (single grain-in baby isle)
7 egg whites + 1 whole egg
flavor how you like... atkins makes great carb free syrups that work great, or you can flavor with twin sugar brown sugar (aceK baking substitute), some cinnamon, and a touch of vanilla flavoring...

If you don't want any fat, skip the yolk, add another white...
Mix with a wisk (I use an electric mixer with wisk attachment to get rid of any bumps in batter) and cook on a griddle just like regular old pancakes!

I know some who have tried this to use atkins carb free pancake syrup, but I like mine without flavor dipped in equal LOL

Yes, those pancakes are the bomb........when I use to make them I used regular oatmeal and they turned out great!! Yummy!!

I think those would be good with a bit of peanut butter...YUM
