yeah, I did somewhat, but I wouldn't call it the T3's fault, LOL... I had been dieting pretty hard for 12 weeks and had just finished my taper, then went on vacation at the beach for a week....didn't lift, just rode my bike every day and ate pretty much everything that wasn't nailed down. I gained 5lbs, but I'd say it was due to diet and training. One good thing though is that I came back fully recovered and ready to train like a maniac.
