things are good... and yeah.. everything is time consuming... we're already contemplating.. work out schedules... and soon to be 'supps' schedules as well.. fo course... breast feeding will be finished by then.... but all is well when the time is right..

FAT BE GONE.. and BADASS RETURN!

only a matter of science, disapline, and time....
