That just doesn't make sense to me. Building muscle is a function of recovery from resistance training. Say you do put on 5lbs, at least 3 if not 4 of those will be water, and putting on 1 pound isn't shit for the price of travel, the extra gear and not to mention all the sides you'll get from the up and then right back down levels of hormones in your body. Better to have a longer strategy so you can actually keep the muscle you put on IMO.
