How does this bulking diet look guys
breakfast 16 oz skim milk and 32 grams mrp
snack fruit apple or orange maybe grapes
breakfast number 2 16 oz skim and turkey or chicken breast totalling 30 grams protein
snack usually granola or try to get in salad if possible
Lunch 2 15 gram balance bars and 16 oz milk
Lunch part 2 beef or chicken totaling 30 plus grams protein
guess what else--16 oz skim milk
preworkout 24 oz skim milk
post work out protein shake about 30 minutes later with milk
supper more chicken ala george foreman usually two chicken breasts with water complex carbs of some nature usually green vegetables also
protein shake before bed of slower release protein
I know the carbs are high but I do lots of physcical work. I stack soft drinks all day long and don't have a problem. I load tons of carbs becasue I have always had problems burning my protein for energy and not gaining as well as I felt I could. I love milk by the way and also read that any liquid intake as long as there was no caffeine could be considered water intake. I also take glutamine, creatine, zma, and multivitamins.
My first diet I just started about 7 weeks ago. Let me know what you think. I also eat toasted oatmeal for nightime snack for fiber. Forgot that part
